It is my pleasure and honor to accept your request for a private makeup session on June XXst. I understand that
the likely venue for the appointment will be at the Beautiful Fancy Hotel in Philadelphia, and that the time for the
start of the appointment will be 2pm. This is something we will review again.
I am happy to reserve the date of June XXst for the appointment with a deposit of $XX, payable in the matter of
your choosing; money order, personal check, or credit card. The balance of the fees will be collected on June
XXst. The deposit is non-refundable if there is a cancellation from the client’s side and refundable if there is a
cancellation from my side. This has never happened, and a replacement artist would be offered in that case.
The fees for my services on June XXst will be $XXX for the first two hours. Your $XX deposit will be applied towards
this balance. If more than two hours is required to complete the work then half-hour increments will be charged at
$XX. I usually will accomplish four makeup applications within this time period. If lashes will be applied this may
extend the time necessary. I will provide the makeup unless the client wishes me to use her own.
I recommend that one subject client is ready for makeup at the time of my arrival, and that subsequent clients are
ready for makeup application as each client is done, so that the time you are purchasing is not wasted.
Clients’ faces should be clean and exfoliated, thus free of dead skin. Eyebrows should be groomed the day
before the appointment to avoid tenderness and redness the day of the function. Clients should have applied their
favorite skin care before we begin. I will be applying a hydrator to ensure a beautiful finish. If you desire a
Prenuptual skin care consultation prior to June xxst we can discuss this!
